Holiday Schedules and policies apply to the entire months of

November and December

Due to high demand and tight scheduling, special policies apply to the week before, week of, and week after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's:

• Request Deadlines:

  • Thanksgiving Period: Changes/requests must be emailed by Monday, October 26, 2026.

  • Christmas & New Year's Period: Changes/requests must be emailed by Monday, November 2, 2026.

• Late Cancellations: Any cancellation, skip, or postponement requested after the deadline will be billed at 100% of the service cost.

• Late Schedule Adjustments: Any schedule change requested after the deadline that we are able to accommodate will incur a $60 schedule adjustment fee in addition to the service rate.

• Timely Skipped Services: Cancellations made prior to the deadlines will cause the subsequent cleaning to be billed at the next frequency rate (e.g., bi-weekly skips billed at the monthly rate).
